Mitsubishi Montero Overview

The Montero is built on a unibody frame that is similar to a car. It has a fully independent suspension that is designed for better off-road capabilities. It seats up to seven passengers and comes standard with things like a power sunroof and wood trimmed interior. It is powered by a 215 hp 3.8-liter V-6 that is controlled by a five-speed automatic transmission that has manual gear selection. The power is delivered to all four wheels and there is a Low range on the FWD as well. Safety features include traction control, all-wheel antilock brakes, and side-impact airbags.

For 2005, the only model that is available is the Limited.
