OVERVIEW
The Montero only comes in one trim: Limited. It is Mitsubishi's largest SUV and it is powered by a 215 hp 3.8-liter V-6. It uses a five-speed Sportronic automatic transmission with manual gear selection. A locking center differential and four-wheel drive are standard. It seats up to seven passengers in its luxurious leather and wood-trimmed interior. Safety features include traction control, electronic stability, all-disc antilock brakes, and seat-mounted side-impact airbags in front.

The Mitsubishi Montero is a carryover from 2005.
