Introduction
The rear-wheel drive 525i and all-wheel drive 525xi feature a 3.0-liter inline-six generating 215 horsepower, with the choice of a six-speed manual transmission or optional six-speed automatic transmission with Steptronic shifting. Standard features include leatherette upholstery, dual-zone automatic climate control with active micro-filtration, an AM/FM/CD stereo with 10 speakers, 17-inch alloy wheels, six airbags and a rechargeable flashlight in the glovebox. The BMW 525 is a carryover from 2006.
