Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Overview

A 353 hp 6.0-liter V-8 engine is standard. A 365 hp 6.6-liter turbo-diesel is optional. Both engines are mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. It is offered in regular, extended and crew cab configurations, with two cargo box lengths. Interior and exterior changes have been made to the 2500HD. Larger door-pull handles, a new grille, hood and front fenders are a few of the design differences. This allows it to look different from its similar family members.

The Chevrolet Silverado is fully redesigned in 2007.
