Mercedes-Benz G500 Overview

The G-Class is available with two powerteams: a 296-hp 5.0-liter V8 w/seven-speed automatic in the G500, and a 493-hp 5.5-liter supercharged V8 w/five-speed automatic in the AMG-tuned G55. Loaded with standard luxury features such as a leather interior, premium wood trim, rear parking assistance, navigation system, rain-sensing wipers, dual zone climate control, and heated power driver and passenger seats with memory, to name a few. On the safety front, Mercedes' TeleAid system is standard, along with anti-lock brakes, brake assist, electronic stability control and side-curtain airbags.

For 2007, the Mercedes-Benz G-Class includes upgraded powerteams, bi-xenon projector headlamps, LED brakelights and Satellite radio.
