Introduction
The Sequoia is a truck-based SUV that seats up to eight passengers. It comes in rear- or four-wheel drive and features things like a rear liftgate with electric window. It is powered by a 273 hp 4.7-liter V8 that is mated to a five-speed automatic transmission. On the four-wheel drive model a button can be pushed to turn 4WD High on and off. Safety features include antilock brakes, electronic stability control, front side-impact airbags, and side curtain airbags.For 2007, the Toyota Sequoia gets more standard safety features.
