Dodge Caliber Overview

The Caliber offers a choice between four front-wheel drive trims: SE, SXT, R/T and SRT4. All-wheel drive is available as the R/T only. The standard engine for the SE and SXT is a 1.8-liter, but can be upgraded to a 2.0-liter engine. The R/T is driven by a powerful 172-hp, 2.4-liter engine. All are available with a 5-speed manual transmission or a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). The SRT4 features a 285-hp, turbo-charged, 2.4-liter and a 6-speed manual gearbox. Standard safety features include multi-stage front airbags, inflatable driver knee blocker, and full-coverage side curtain airbags.
