The Mercedes-Benz GL-Class is the auto maker's first large seven passenger SUV and is meant to provide all the luxury and capacity demanded by the American market.
The GL-Class is offered with three different engine choices: a 215-hp 3.0-liter diesel V-6 in the GL320 CDI, a 335-hp 4.6-liter V-8 in the GL450 and a 382-hp 5.5-liter V-8 in the GL550. All engines are bolted to a 7-speed automatic transmission and full-time four-wheel drive system.
