Introduction
The Torrent is a five-passenger front- or all-wheel drive crossover SUV. It comes standard with features such as: fog lamps, independent suspension, and alloy wheels. A 185 hp 3.4-liter V6 mated to a five-speed automatic transmission propels the Base trim. The GXP receives a more powerful 264 hp 3.6-liter V6. Standard safety features include antilock brakes, front airbags and an electronic stability system. The 2008 Pontiac Torrent carries over from 2007.
