Introduction
The C30 seats up to four passengers within its hatchback design. It is front-wheel drive and has a sporty front MacPherson strut/rear multilink suspension. It is powered by a 227 hp turbocharged 2.5-liter inline five cylinder engine mated to a six-speed manual transmission or five-speed automatic. The safety features remain up to Volvo's excellent standards with front-, side-, side-curtain airbags, seatbelt pretensioners, whiplash protection, side-impact protection, and stability traction control. The Volvo C30 is a brand new model for 2008.
