A six-speed automatic transmission with Tiptronic manual mode is standard on the quattro all-wheel drive Sedan and Avant, while the front-wheel drive FrontTrak Sedan gets Audi's seven-speed Multitronic continuously variable transmission (CVT). Standard equipment on every A6 includes a power sunroof, 17-inch alloy wheels, dual-zone automatic climate control, leather upholstery, satellite radio, Bluetooth wireless connectivity and an Audi Music Interface with iPod connection; A6 3.0 trims add heated front seats, while A6 4.2 trims are further equipped with bi-xenon adaptive headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels, Advanced Key passive entry/start and a voice-activated navigation system with integrated rear camera parking assist.
