Available as a 4x2 or 4x4 the Escalade Hybrid 2-mode hybrid system conserves energy by using an electrically variable transmission, a 300-volt storage system and a 332-hp 6.0L Vortec V8 engine with Active Fuel Management. The nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) battery includes an 8 year/100,000 mile warranty. The Cadillac Escalade Hybrid is all new for 2009.
