The 2.4-liter engine is paired with either a 5-speed manual or optional 5-speed automatic transmission with Driver Shift Control on front-wheel drive Base and GT trims, and a 4-speed automatic transmission on the all-wheel drive trim. All Vibe trims are equipped with 16-inch wheels, automatic headlight control, satellite radio and a CD player; GT trims add a rear spoiler, 18-inch alloy wheels, upgraded audio and exclusive leather-accented upholstery. Standard safety features include electronic stability control, traction control, anti-lock disc brakes, six airbags and a tire pressure monitoring system.
