Perfectly elegant and aggressive all at once, the A5 is Audi's two-door, four-seat luxury sports coupe. For 2010, an equally stunning Cabriolet model joins the A5 lineup, offering the additional pleasure of open-air cruising.
The A5 is available in four configurations: 2.0T quattro Coupe, 3.2 quattro Coupe, 2.0T quattro Cabriolet and 2.0T FrontTrak Cabriolet. All 2.0T models are powered by a new 211-hp 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, while the 3.2 quattro Coupe gets a 265-hp 3.2-liter V6 engine; both feature FSI direct fuel injection. Transmission choices include a six-speed manual, six-speed automatic with Tiptronic and available paddle shifters, and a Multitronic CVT. The 2.0T trims are equipped with a standard Premium package that includes a power sunroof (Coupe only), 18-inch alloy wheels, leather upholstery, automatic climate control, satellite radio and an auxiliary input jack. A Premium Plus package is standard on the 3.2 trim and available on the 2.0T, adding Xenon Plus headlights, LED tail lamps, heated front seats, three-zone automatic climate control, universal garage door opener, Bluetooth wireless connectivity and an Audi Music Interface with iPod integration. Standard safety features include six airbags, four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes with brake assist, electronic stability and traction control systems, active anti-whiplash front head restraints and a tire pressure monitor. Popular options include an S line Sport Package, Bang & Olufsen audio system, voice-activated navigation and adaptive cruise control with active braking guard.
