Saab 9-5 Overview

The 9-5 Aero sedan is available in one trim and seats five passengers. Powered by a 300-hp turbocharged and intercooled 2.8-liter six-cylinder engine matched with a six-speed automatic transmission with manual Sentronic gear selection and steering-wheel paddle shifters the 9-5 includes an advanced all-wheel drive (XWD) system and an electronic limited slip rear differential. Standard features include a new DriveSense adaptive chassis, a new front and rear suspension design, and perforated leather seat trim. Safety features include eight airbags, Bi-Xenon headlamps with SmartBeam, 4-wheel disc anti-lock brakes, traction control, electronic stability program, anti-whiplash Active Head Restraints, and front and rear park assist.

For 2010, the Saab 9-5 Aero XWD sedan is an all-new vehicle.
