Volkswagen Routan Overview

The Routan S and SE trims come standard with a 197-hp 3.8-liter V6 combined with a six-speed automatic transmission. A 251-hp 4.0-liter V6 is standard on SEL trim levels. To make a minivan drive like a VW, the suspension is European-tuned and the steering is optimized for handling and improved driving dynamics. Standard safety features include all-season traction control and ESP, curtain airbags, four-wheel disc brakes with ABS and brake assist, and tire pressure monitoring.

For 2010, several new colors will be available, navigation is now standard on the SEL and SEL Premium, and the rear entertainment system is standard on the SEL Premium.
