The Regal is available in one premium front-wheel drive trim level, the CXL. It is powered by a lively and efficient 182-hp 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine with direct fuel injection, mated to a six-speed automatic transmission with Driver Shift Control manual mode. Every Regal CXL is outfitted with 18-inch alloy wheels, fog lights, heated front seats, leather upholstery, dual-zone automatic climate control, satellite radio, MP3 capability, Bluetooth wireless connectivity and a USB port. Available options include a power sunroof, upgraded harman/kardon audio, and a hard drive-based navigation system boasting 10 gigabytes of dedicated media storage and a DVD player. Standard safety features include 4-wheel anti-lock disc brakes with brake assist, StabiliTrak electronic stability control, traction control, OnStar and a tire pressure monitor, as well as front, front side-impact and overhead curtain airbags; rear side airbags and rear parking assist are also available.All-new for 2011, the well-known Regal nameplate returns to the Buick lineup. A turbocharged model is set to arrive later in the model year, along with available Interactive Drive Control System chassis technology.
