Mitsubishi Galant Overview

The front-wheel drive Galant is offered in two trim levels: ES and SE. Both are powered by a 160-hp 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine, paired to a four-speed automatic transmission with Sportronic manual shift mode. The value-conscious ES trim is equipped with 16-inch wheels, auto-off headlamps, air conditioning, cruise control, CD player and an auxiliary audio input jack; SE trims are further outfitted with a power sunroof, 18-inch alloy wheels, heated front seats, automatic climate control, satellite radio, 6CD changer, Bluetooth wireless connectivity and a navigation system with rear backup camera. Standard safety features include stability and traction control systems, four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes and a tire pressure monitor, along with dual front, front side-impact and overhead curtain airbags.

The Mitsubishi Galant carries over with minimal changes for 2011. The SE trim now gets a standard power sunroof and auto-dimming rearview mirror with integrated garage door opener, as well as a new optional Leather Package that includes leather seat trim and a rear spoiler. Additionally, both trims get new chrome belt line molding and reduced ride height for enhanced appearance and aerodynamics.
