Adding intelligent all-wheel drive to an already-impressive powertrain, the Infiniti G37x is ready to perform in any type of weather. Available as a coupe or sedan, the luxurious Japanese-import is powered by a 3.7-liter V6 engine that delivers 330 horsepower and 269 pound-feet of torque through a seven-speed automatic transmission to all four wheels
The all-wheel drive system includes a driver-selectable snow mode that limits wheel-slip in wintry conditions by controlling throttle response.
Despite being nearly five inches shorter than the sedan, the coupe has a nearly identical curb weight. It's no surprise, therefore, that both models share fuel economy ratings of 18 mpg city and 25 mpg highway.
All passengers are sure to enjoy the sleek design of the interior cabin, as well as its upscale materials and luxurious features. The rear seats in the G37x coupe feel plush, but there simply isn't enough legroom for comfort; buyers who often carry more than one passenger will be better served by the sedan.
The G37x all-wheel drive sedan comes with an independent front/rear suspension and 17-inch aluminum-alloy wheels. Standard features include: bi-xenon headlights; fog lights; an aluminum hood with gas-charged struts; dual exhausts with chrome-finished tips; heated side-view mirrors; push-button ignition; a seven-inch display screen; a six-speaker AM/FM/CD audio system with MP3 capability and an iPod interface. Seating is leather-trimmed and both front seats receive eight-way power. The tilt-and-telescope steering wheel features mounted audio controls.
Hard drive-based Navigation is optional and comes with a color touchscreen and real-time traffic information.
