Now in its ninth generation, the 2014 Accord is Honda’s bestselling car. The Accord is available in both sedan and coupe, and features the award-winning Honda Earth Dreams Technology powertrains. The Accord lineup includes a direct injected four-cylinder engine and a powerful, fuel-efficient V6. A sporty CVT (four-cylinder models only) and a 6-speed manual transmission are also available.

What's New in 2014

Improvements to the 2014 Honda Accord include new premium seat fabric on the LX sedan, plus minor trim and color changes.

Choosing Your Honda Accord

For all potential Accord buyers, the first decision is body style. The Accord is available in coupe or sedan. Once that choice is made, it comes down to different trim levels.

Coupe or Sedan?

The Accord sedan is available in eight different trim levels that dictate engine size, navigation and other luxury features. Aside from the designation LX-S for the entry-level coupe, and the absence of Sport and Touring models, the Accord's two-door lineup mirrors the sedan lineup.

LX

This entry-level Accord features a 185-horsepower 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine with a six-speed manual transmission. A continuously variable transmission (CVT) is available. It also has 16-inch alloy wheels, automatic climate control, and a 160-Watt AM/FM/CD Audio System with four speakers.

Sport

This Accord packs five extra horsepower to make 189 horsepower from the 2.4-liter engine, and comes standard with the CVT. Wheel size goes up to 18 inches, and other extras include a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a power driver's seat, a deck-lid spoiler, fog lights and chrome exhaust finishers.

EX

This model builds on the LX content with a manual or CVT transmission plus 17-Inch alloy wheels, a power moonroof, push-button start and a 160-Watt AM/FM/CD audio system with six speakers.

EX-L

This Accord has a standard CVT plus forward collision warning, lane departure warning, power and heated front seats, a leather-trimmed interior, and a 360-Watt AM/FM/CD premium audio system with seven speakers and XM Radio.

EX-L with Navigation

Adds illuminated steering wheel-mounted cruise, audio, phone and navigation controls and a hard disk drive (HDD) with 16GB of memory.

EX-L with V-6

This brings the significant change of a 278-horsepower 3.5-Liter V6 with a six-speed automatic transmission, LED running lights and a HomeLink remote system.

EX-L V-6 with Navigation

Adds illuminated steering wheel-mounted cruise, audio, phone and navigation controls, and a hard disk drive (HDD) with 16GB of memory.

Touring

The range-topping Accord features adaptive cruise control and LED headlights.
