CarsDirect Pricing Insider

What you must know before buying the Hyundai Santa Fe
, Automotive Editor -
  • Santa Fe slower-selling than smaller Sport sibling
  • 2015s arriving, 2014s getting scarce
  • Up to $1,500 in bonus cash
  • Lease for $299 a month

Bigger car, slower seller:

The three-row Santa Fe is a less common sight on dealer lots than its five-passenger sibling. Having said that, there are decent deals on this vehicle. The 2015 models are starting to arrive as 2014s become thin.

Lower APR on 2015s:

Finance incentives stay pat. Hyundai offers 1.9-percent APR for up to 60 months on 2015 Santa Fes, while 2014s get 2.9 for up to 60 months – both with 3.9 for up to 72 also offered. The 2015 gets a $500 bonus cash offer, while the 2014 now gets $1,500. All Santa Fes are also available with a $750 loyalty bonus, too. A 90-day payment deferment option remains.

Less due at signing for 2015:

Both 2014 and 2015s are available for leases at $299 per month for 36 months, but the 2014 asks for $3,199 due at signing while the '15 goes for just $2,999.
