CarsDirect Pricing Insider

What you must know before buying the Infiniti Q70
, Automotive Editor -
  • The Q70 is a slow-selling model, like the M it replaced
  • 2015 stock is getting better, and 2014 models nearly sold out
  • Plenty of manufacturer-to-dealer incentives to drive down prices
  • Lease a Q70 from $459 per month or a Q70L from $479 per month

Slow-selling model, like the M it replaced:

The Infiniti M was a slow seller, so it's no surprise that its replacement, the Q70, is equally slow to move off of lots. Finding a dealer with a few models on its lot may help you get a better deal.

2015 stock is getting better, and 2014 models nearly sold out:

The stock on 2014 Q70 models is improving as we enter December, so finding one should be easier than ever. Unfortunately, the 2014 models are nearly sold out.

Plenty of manufacturer-to-dealer incentives to drive down prices:

Because profit margins are likely pretty high, Infiniti wants to move the Q70. To help get things going, Infiniti continues to offer huge manufacturer-to-dealer incentives, which some dealers may pass onto you.

Lease a Q70 from $459 per month or a Q70L from $479 per month:

Infiniti has stopped offering lease deals on the 2014 Q70, but has rolled out four new 39-month lease deals for the 2015 model. The 2015 Q70 3.7 with the Premium Package requires $4,299 at signing and monthly payments of $459. Add in all-wheel drive, and the sign-up fee jumps to $4,599 while the payment bumps to $469 per month.

The 2015 Q70 5.6 with the Sport Package gets into the mix with a 39-month lease that requires $6,599 at signing and monthly payments of $749. Moving into the 2015 Q70 5.6 AWD with the Deluxe Touring and Performance Tire and Wheel Packages requires $6,999 at signing and monthly payments of $769.

If you prefer extra legroom, you can choose from one of four 39-month lease deals on the 2015 Q70L. The 2015 Q70L with the Premium Package requires $4,299 at signing and $479 monthly payments, while the all-wheel-drive version requires $4,599 at signing and monthly payments of $489. The 2015 Q70L 5.6 calls for $6,599 at signing and monthly payments of $729, while adding all-wheel drive jumps the payment to $739.
