CarsDirect Pricing Insider

What you must know before buying the Infiniti QX80
, Automotive Editor -
  • Like the QX it replaces, the QX80 is a steady seller that drives profits
  • 2015 models are arriving and 2014s are becoming harder to find
  • Plenty of manufacturer-to-dealer incentives to work with
  • Lease: $779/mo. for 39 months w/ $6,499 at signing

Profit driver:

Now known as the QX80 instead of the QX, this large and luxurious SUV maintains steady and average sales, which is why pricing continues to remain consistent. Profits on each unit are relatively high, so there may be some room to work with the price.

2015s are here, and 2014 are selling out:

Sales are steady, 2015 models are rolling in, and 2014 models are still available. That said, the 2014 models are getting tougher to find as they are getting close to selling out.

Now's the time to grab a 2014 model:

Infiniti has extended its manufacturer-to-dealer incentives to help drive down pricing and keep the QX80 stock moving. Both the 2014 and 2015 models have pretty heavy manufacturer-to-dealer incentives as we head into March, but Infiniti significantly enhanced the incentives on the 2014 model.

Lease: $729/mo. for 39 months w/ $6,499 at signing:

A current lease for the 2015 QX80 with the Driver's Assistance and Theater Packages is $779 per month on a 39-month contract with a initial payment of $6,499. An all-wheel-drive 2015 QX80 with the same two packages requires the same initial payment, but the monthly payment jumps to $829.
