As crossovers evolve into near-minivans, actual minivans—with their greater practicality—have a new appeal. At first glance the Nissan Quest may not look like the average minivan, but that’s what it is—a taller more angular version of the classic solution for transporting families.

What's New for 2014

New colors have been added, but features and options remain unchanged for 2014.

Choosing Your Nissan Quest

The Nissan Quest is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 that produces 260 horsepower. It earns 19 miles per gallon city and 25 mpg on the highway.

The family-friendly vehicle is offered in four models:

S

The base S doesn't lavish the driver or passenger with amenities. Look for push-button start, 16-inch steel wheels, a 6-way adjustable driver's seat, and fold-flat second- and third-row seats as standard features.

SV

The SV is where most shoppers will probably start. Standard features include a one-touch power sliding door, 16-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, tri-zone climate system, a 4.3-inch color audio system display, Bluetooth, a rearview monitor and leather steering wheel. Option packages include a DVD entertainment system and leather upholstery.

SL

The SL reaches near-luxury specifications with leather upholstery, 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, a power liftgate, an 8-way power-adjustable driver's seat, heated front seats, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and heated outside mirrors. A moonroof and Bose audio packages are available at extra cost.

LE

The top-of-the-line package includes a 360-degree monitor, navigation, a Bose sound system with 13 speakers, satellite radio, a driver memory system, an 8-inch VGA color display, a DVD entertainment system, advanced climate control, blind spot warning and HID headlights. A moonroof is an available option.

CarsDirect Tip

It might be hard to resist the lavish features on the LE, but it's substantially more expensive than the rest of the Quest line-up. We recommend the mid-range SV and SL for most buyers.
