  • Excellent prices on 2014 models
  • 0% APR financing and promotional leases are available
  • Special programs for returning customers, first-time buyers, new college grads, and more
  • 2015s are trickling in; 2014s are widely available

Priced to sell:

2014 Passats are on sale for thousands less than MSRP. The best deals are on 2.5L models, though they’re difficult to find in stock. Even the new 2015 models are selling for less than MSRP in most areas, though discounts on these are significantly less. The recent sales slump means dealers are motivated, so bring your negotiation skills with you to the dealership. Note that SEL models may have to be factory ordered and can command higher prices as a result.

Sign and drive:

Volkswagen Credit is offering financing as low as 0% APR for 72 months with no down payment required on 2014 models, or as low as 2.9% APR for 60 months on 2015 models. Lease specials are currently being offered on 2014 and 2015 Passat 1.8T S models with automatic transmission, as well as 2014 and 2015 Passat TDI SE models with manual transmission.

Something for everyone:

Current Volkswagen lessees can acquire a new Passat without any security deposits or turn-in/disposition fees on current leases. The company is also offering to cover the first payment for new college grads who buy or lease through Volkswagen Credit. Additional programs include special loans for first-time buyers, simplified payment processing for military personnel, and retail financing for corporate transactions.

Drive it home today:

Most dealerships carry a broad selection of 2014 Passats. The general exceptions are 2.5 models and SEL Premium models. The new 2015s are starting to roll in but may be difficult to find in stock.
