Since its debut in 2012, the current Fusion has succeeded in quickly climbing the ranks within the competitive family sedan market. This shouldn’t come as a surprise since it manages to unify striking design, sporty performance and value, a compelling combination of features for a midsize 4-door sedan.
What's New for 2015
Ford has made minor changes to the Fusion this year. All-wheel drive, previously only available on the top-level Titanium, is now available on midrange SE models. New exterior colors are also offered.
Choosing Your Ford Fusion
Once again Ford offers a full range of engines in the 2015 Fusion. From several gas-powered choices to hybrid and plug-in hybrid options, it’s no wonder that the Fusion has been so well received.
Your best bet is to start by selecting from the three levels that Ford has divided the conventional engines into. If you decide to move from that trim to a hybrid or hybrid plug-in upgrades always start with that level’s features as a base.
While each trim level can create a compelling case for itself, we feel that the SE models are the best choice in terms of amenities and value. That being said, the base S delivers upscale styling and good value for its cost.
