Choosing Your Buick LaCrosse
The LaCrosse has a sleeker, sportier body this year, but still promises full comfort for five passengers. The trunk is actually larger, and has been reshaped to better accommodate luggage and golf bags. With its tasteful wood trim and beautiful new console, the cockpit lives up to our expectations for a modern luxury sedan. The suspension has been thoroughly reworked for greater stability and quicker steering response, and yet the ride is even silkier than before.
Every LaCrosse is powered by a 3.6-liter V6 with 310 horsepower, matched to an eight-speed automatic transmission. Efficiency is above average for a full-size sedan: 21 mpg around town and 31 mpg on the highway. All-wheel drive is available on top-trim models in place of the standard front-drive setup.
