Acura Cars

Last year, Acura introduced their newest entry-level SUV, the RDX, and completely redesigned their even larger SUV, the MDX, so changes for 2008 are minimal and include mostly new standard features. Acura's flagship luxury sedan, the RL, and the mid-sized sedan, the TL, received some updates last year as well, so they, too, go virtually unchanged for 2008 with complete redesigns coming later this year. The TSX has also been completely redesigned for 2008 and will be released in April 2008 as a 2009 model.

Like its parent, Honda, Acura steers clear of cash back and rebates in order to keep resale values high. However, you should expect to see lease deals and low APR rates when the manufacturer wants to sell slow-moving vehicles or during seasonal clearances.

Acura continues to do quite well in area of sales. 2005 was a record-breaking year. The automaker sold 200,000 vehicles for the first time in its history. Acura sold a record number of RLs, TLs and TSXs. The TSX was named to Car and Driver magazine’s "10 Best Cars" list for the third straight year.
