Model Preview
The Audi RS7 is the brand's highest-performance iteration of their A7 liftback, and it gets even more intense for the 2024 model year. Audi is now only offering the RS7 as the more powerful RS7 performance. Here's everything you need to know about the 2024 Audi RS7.
The RS7's exterior remains relatively unchanged for 2024. It takes the already handsome A7 and adds race-inspired touches, including flared fenders, bigger wheels, and a more aggressive front grille. The RS7's liftback shape was revolutionary when it first came out and still turns heads to this day. Over the years it's gained a rear lightbar to complement the lines and modernize the back of the car, and that's retained for 2024.
Much like the exterior, the RS7's interior is essentially that of an A7 with a host of performance-inspired upgrades. Leather upholstery and supportive sport seats are standard, as are the Audi Digital Cockpit gauge cluster, wireless charging, a WiFi hotspot, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, voice recognition, and navigation. Infotainment is provided by a pair of touchscreens in the center console, the lower of which is also responsible for adjusting the climate control.
The RS7's most notable change for 2024 is under the hood. Its already impressive 4.0L twin-turbocharged V8 got increases of 30 hp and 37 lb-ft of torque, bringing total output to 621 and 627, respectively. That's enough oomph to rocket this family sizable family car to 60 in three seconds. The added power notably puts the RS7 ahead of the 600-hp BMW M5. Air suspension is standard but you can upgrade to coil springs with the Dynamic Ride Control package, which also adds carbon ceramic brakes
In terms of driver's assistance, the 2024 RS7 returns with standard automatic emergency braking and forward collision warning. Adaptive cruise control, rear cross-traffic alert, blind spot monitoring, and traffic sign recognition are all optional.
The 2024 Audi RS7 is currently available to order on Audi's website. RS7 pricing starts at a hefty $128,895.
The 2024 Audi RS7 competes with the Audi RS6 Avant, BMW M5, Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing, and the Mercedes-AMG E63 S.
