At one time, if you wanted a German SUV with an emphasis on the "sport," you had a choice of one size: midsize. Mercedes-Benz and BMW ruled the roost with their ML55 AMG and X5M, respectively. Audi, however, decided to take the sporty German SUV down a weight class by adding an "S" badge to its popular compact Q5. The SQ5 earns its designation through the use of a 3-liter turbocharged V6 that pumps out 354 horsepower and 346 pound-feet of torque. SQ5 buyers also enjoy a unique exterior appearance package, a flat-bottomed steering wheel to complement the alcantara-accented interior, and -- of course -- Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive system.
