If you haven't seen any Alpina B6 Gran Coupes on the road, you aren't alone. The model made its U.S. debut in 2015 and only around 200 vehicles were sold that year. Even in Germany, where the sexy coupe originated, it is an uncommon specimen.
Despite its scarcity, the B6 is a worthy contender in the luxury department. It houses a powerful 4.4-liter V8 that puts out 540 horsepower, and it handles admirably at high speeds. It competes directly with BMW's M6 model, which is very similar in design, but it excels at high speeds and has a unique aerodynamic build. The cabin is impressively quiet, and offers the latest high-end comfort and entertainment features, including soft leather, wood trim, and a high-tech instrumental panel. The B6 also looks and feels luxurious enough to pass for an even pricier model; a distinct selling point for drivers who want power, luxury, and high performance for a comparably reasonable price.
