Chrysler offers a couple of different infotainment packages, depending on model. The new 300 comes with Chrysler's new Uconnect Touch, featuring a brilliant 8.4-inch touchscreen display integrating control of phone (including voice control and text-to-speech), Garmin navigation and other key functions into a tidy package. Sold separately, a dealer-installed on-board data connection allows data-connected apps and creates a WiFi hotspot for all your devices. Other 2012 Chrysler models use the older Uconnect system, missing some of the advanced features of Uconnect Touch. Some Uconnect  features require optional packages, rendering some dash buttons useless if the car is not equipped as such.
