Jaguar's infotainment offerings have fallen behind when compared with luxury competitors like Audi and BMW, and even with Ford and Toyota. The navigation system and audio control systems perform their intended functions, but use a complex touchscreen-only system with no voice support or hardware controls for most common functions, some usability foibles and a slow-to-react interface.
