It is not legal, per the company policies, to use your AAA insurance for someone else's car. You are within your policy rights to use the insurance you have through AAA if you are in someone else's car and they are driving, but you cannot use your insurance from AAA for their car. This means that if that person is driving their car and they do not have insurance, you cannot give them coverage through your insurance from AAA. Should you find yourself driving another person's car, your AAA insurance policy will cover you in an accident or another problem with the vehicle, if this is stated in the policy.
