Christmas is drawing near and holiday car deals are starting to shape up. Just like finding a present under your tree, expect some pleasant surprises this month like 0% APR for 72 months and up to $2,000 in extra savings.

Some of the best lease deals in December even feature new discounts ahead of the holidays, including eye-popping offers like this month’s lease on the Chevy Trax starting at just $184/month with $194 due at signing.

Ford "Final Days" Bonus Cash (Updated!)

On December 20, Ford introduced a $500 "Final Days" Bonus on most models. Factoring a $1,000 Smart Bonus from earlier this month, we're seeing some of the best deals of the year.

The real news is that Ford has brought back a limited-time deal on the 2017 Fusion here in California. A spike in discounts on Christmas Eve has resulted in a deal on the Fusion SE starting at $199 for 36 months with $0 due at signing. It doesn't get better than this. Offers end January 3. Chevy 0% APR for 72 months (Updated!)

Through December 12, GM offered an early-month promo of 0% APR for 72 months on select 2016 Chevys. Well, starting December 20, the deal is back just in time for New Year's.

Eligible vehicles include popular models like the Corvette, Colorado, Cruze, Silverado 1500 and more.

Another great deal introduced this month is a $2,000 bonus for anyone coming from a GM lease or that of any 2008 or newer non-GM vehicle. Eligible models include: Trax, Equinox, Traverse, Tahoe and Suburban. See Chevy offers »

Kia Year-End Bonus Cash

Starting December 1, Kia is offering a $500 bonus toward any 2016 Optima or Optima Hybrid. That may not sound like much, but it has resulted in some stellar lease deals.

Acura Competitive Bonus Cash

On November 23, Acura added a $750 bonus on all RDX models for owners of competing brands. To be eligible, you’ll need to have a 2006 or newer vehicle from a long list of luxury marques as well as mainstream brands like Toyota, Honda, Nissan and VW.

As a result, the 2017 RDX V6 can now be leased from $309 for 39 months with $2,599 at signing. That’s a $10 cut in payment and $400 lower amount at signing versus before. This now ranks as one of the best leases on a luxury SUV. See RDX offers »

Hyundai Holiday Cash

Hyundai is offering Holiday Cash on some of its bestselling models. In truth, the automaker has essentially extended its Black Friday offers until the end of the year.

That's an extra $500 off the 2017 Elantra and Sonata, $750 off the 2017 Tucson and $1,000 off the Santa Fe Sport. As a result, you can now get $2,500 off any 2017 Elantra.
