Dodge Avenger MPG
As a miniature cousin to the Charger, one might not expect Dodge Avenger MPG to be at the top of the charts. However, this aggressively styled mid-size sedan has three configurations with fuel economy in the mid 20s, you can still get relatively decent mileage in this stylish package. The Avenger sports three engine options; a 2.4-liter four cylinder, a 3.5-liter 6 cylinder, and a 2.7-liter 6 cylinder that has the ability to run on E85 ethanol. The four-cylinder Avenger gets an EPA estimated combined rating of 24 MPG. The E85-enabled 2.7 liter engine gets combined EPA ratings of 16 MPG with E85, and 22 MPG with regular gasoline. Rounding out the Avenger line up as to be expected, at the bottom spot, is the larger displacement 3.5 liter V6 with a combined fuel economy rating of 20 MPG.
