What are your hours of operation?

The Web site is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our Customer Service Representatives are also available seven days a week to answer your questions by phone, e-mail or chat. Customer Service hours are 6 am to 8 pm Monday-Friday, 6 am to 6 pm Saturday, and 8 am to 4 pm Sunday, PST. Chat hours may vary.

FYI: Chat hours usually end two hours prior to closing. If chat is not available, a pop-up window will appear, alerting customers that chat with an online advisor is not available. .
