The Azera is powered by a 293-hp 3.3-liter gasoline direct injected V6 engine, mated to a Shiftronic six-speed automatic transmission. Notable standard features include proximity entry with push-button start, leather seating with heated front and rear seats, navigation system, rearview backup camera, dual automatic temperature control, HD radio and satellite radio, 18" alloy wheels, integrated dual exhaust, fog lights, heated mirrors with turn signal indicator, and Blue Link infotainment system. Optional features include a panoramic sunroof, HID Xenon headlights, Infiniti audio system, power rear sunshade and 19" alloy wheels, just to name a few. Standard safety features include electronic stability and traction control, brake assist, nine-airbags, occupancy classification sensor, and impact-reducing seat system.
Major changes included: The Azera debuted in 2006 as Hyundai?s largest sedan in North America at the time. It is available in GLS and Limited Edition trims, with 3.3 liter V6 in the GLS and a 3.8 liter V6 in the Limited. Both are luxuriously packaged with available leather seats, but a navigation system is only available in the Limited Edition.
