Kia Rio5 MPG

The Kia Rio5 offers a good MPG value for its class. The Rio is in its second generation, and was initially introduced for the 2001 model year.

The Rio5 offers one standard engine choice, an I-4 with 110 HP. It offers two choices in transmission, with a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic; both with overdrive.

According to the US Government site Fuel Economy, the Kia Rio5 offers 27 MPG in city and 33MPG on the highway. Combined, the Kia Rio5 gives an estimated 30MPG.

Based on these numbers, you can expect MPG to be in the mid-20MPG range. This can be higher or lower depending on your driving habits. Expect a number in the lower 20s if you primarily drive in the city, and in the upper 20s if you do a lot of highway driving.
