Kia Sportage Generations
The Sportage is a five passenger vehicle that is offered in front-wheel or all-wheel drive. A 176-hp 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine is standard on the Base, LX and EX trims. A 256-hp 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine is standard on the SX trim and available on all other trims. A six-speed manual transmission is standard on the Base model, while all other models feature a six-speed automatic transmission. Standard safety features include four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, electronic stability program, traction control, and six airbags, including side curtain airbags.

Major changes included: The second generation Sportage is available with a 2.0 liter I4 engine, as well as a 2.7 liter V6 in LX and EX trims. The Premium EX V6 is appointed with Full Power features, optional heated leather front seats, and other convenient appointments. Air conditioning and CD player and standard on all models.
