Major changes included: The Mazda5 was introduced to North America in 2006, and offers seating for 6 using 3 rows. Convenient twin-sliding doors are standard fare in Sport, Touring, and Grand Touring trim levels. 17-inch alloys, ABS, air-conditioning with cabin filtration, a CD stereo and full power accessories are standard on the Sport, while the touring model adds leather appointments.
