Nissan 350Z Generations
For each major redesign, a vehicle is said to begin a new "generation."
The Nissan 350Z roadster has three trims available: the Enthusiast, the Touring and the Grand Touring. All come standard with the new 306-hp 3.5-liter V6, and a six-speed manual transmission. An optional five-speed automatic is available on all models. Safety features includes dual-stage front airbags, with supplemental seat-mounted side airbags. A tire pressure monitoring system, anti-lock brakes with Electronic Brake-force distribution and brake assist are standard on all models. Traction control is standard on all models, but the Grand Touring trim also receives electronic stability as standard equipment.

Major changes included: The 350Z is sold in coupe and roadster forms, in Base, Enthusiast, Touring, Grand Touring, and Nismo trim levels. It was originally sold with the venerable VQ35DE engine, but received a new 3.5 liter VQ35HR V6 engine in 2007. A DVD Navigation System is optional. |
