Standard safety-enhancing features include anti-lock disc brakes with brake assist, Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) with traction control, Xenon High-Intensity Discharge (HID) headlights, front and front side-impact airbags, overhead curtain airbags for all three rows, active front head restraints and rearview camera parking assist. The Technology package adds a multi-view rear camera, while the Advance package also includes a blind spot information system, Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and a Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS).
