The two-door, two-seat Cooper Roadster is a variant of MINI's standard convertible with a unique windshield and trunk. The base model's (121 horsepower) standard features include 16-inch alloy wheels, full power accessories, cruise control, remote keyless entry, leatherette upholstery, air conditioning and a leather-wrapped tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel. The Cooper S (181 hp) has sporty upgrades including a turbocharger; The John Cooper Works (JCW) trim (208 hp) has additional upscale items like Brembo brakes. Changes for 2013 included a standard power convertible top, and several technology additions like Bluetooth and satellite radio. The JCW trim is now available with an automatic transmission.
