Toyota RAV4 AT Sport

The 2010 Toyota RAV4 AT Sport is the mid range trim of the popular RAV4 SUV series. It is the trim just above the Base RAV4, but has slightly fewer features and options than the fully loaded Limited trim version. The RAV4 AT Sport comes with 2.5-liter DOHC 16-valve SFI dual VVT-i 4-cylinder that produces 179 hp @ 6000 rpm/172 lb.-ft. @ 4000 rpm. Compared to many SUVs the RAV4 Sport offers excellent fuel economy and gets 21 MPG in the city and 27 MPG on the highway.

They key feature of the RAV4 Sport trim that sets it apart from the Basic trim is the included Sport Appearance package which includes a different and trendier design for the rear hatch door, stainless steel exhaust tip, color-keyed powered outside mirrors with turn signal indicators and chrome accented shift knob with leather inserts. The appearance package definitely helps the RAV4 Sport standout when driving it down the road.

The RAV4 Sport trim also has plenty of options for the tech lover as well. This trim includes a 6 speaker AM/FM/6 disc CD changer that can play MP3s and WMA files. The stereo can also receive XM radio signals and comes with a free 90 day trial subscription. You can also add an external MP3 or IPOD player as well.

Of course the RAV4 Sport trim comes with Air Conditioning, Cruise Control, Tilt/Telescopic steering and Power windows and door locks standard. Optional upgrades for the Sport trim include a 9 speaker JBL Stereo System with Bluetooth and hands free phone operation, a touch screen navigation system, leather seats with 8 way adjustable power lumbar support and even a camera for use when backing up the RAV4 Sport.

The Toyota RAV4 Sport trim also stands tall and proud sitting on 18” 5 spoke alloy wheels. The RAV4 Sport trim even offers a full sized spare tire. LED tail lamps and stop lamps along with highly visible turn signal lights make the vehicle very visible at night. Last, but certainly not least, the RAV4 Sport trim comes with an impressive 10 cup holders inside the vehicle.
