The Rendezvous seats five passengers normally, but it can be equipped to seat seven. It is available in front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. In front-wheel drive models it is powered by a 201 hp 3.5-liter V-6 and in all-wheel drive models the horsepower is boosted to 196 hp. An additional 242 hp 3.6-liter V-6 is also available. All the engines are mated to a four-speed automatic transmission.For 2006, the Buick Rendezvous receives trim changes, another engine option, and OnStar.
