The breathtaking list of standard equipment includes 19-inch alloy wheels, a body kit, LED exterior and interior lighting, Airmatic air suspension, keyless entry and start, sport exhaust, high performance two-piece brakes, Curve Dynamic Assist system, two 12.3-inch high resolution displays, COMAND infotainment system, 12-way power front seats, Burmester audio system, surround view cameras, active park assist, collision prevention assist, Magic Vision Control and mbrace2 telematics.
Options include the AMG Exterior Carbon Fiber Package, 20-inch 10-spoke alloy wheels, Nappa Leather trim, Designo interior package trim, the Warmth and Comfort Package with heated steering wheel, heated armrests and door panels, and heated and powered rear seats.
The Rear Seat Package adds a powered footrest, four-zone automatic climate control and rear seatbelt airbags. Finally, the Driver Assistance Package adds radar-guided cruise control, automatic braking and active blind spot and lane keep assist programs.
Other options include a refrigerator, active multicontour rear seats, heated and cooled rear cupholders with picnic trays, a head-up display, a rear seat entertainment system, Night Vision Assist Plus and 3D Burmester surround sound system.
The S63 AMG is already expensive, and while options make it a better luxury sedan, none enhances performance. Still, options like the Night Vision system and Driver Assistance pack are technologically interesting.
