The Nissan NV200 was designed as a workhorse. When it comes to hauling cargo in a small vehicle that allows easy urban maneuverability and fantastic fuel efficiency, the NV200 is a wonderful option.
The NV200 offers car-like handling combined with a small turning radius that makes parking easy as pie. Its small footprint also makes maneuvering in city traffic a breeze and the high driver seat allows a commanding driving position.
While the NV200 is built on a car chassis and is similar in size to a family mini-van, the entire interior has been designed with only one goal in mind: hauling as much cargo as possible. The NV 200 is the perfect vehicle for business operators who need a delivery vehicle or compact mobile office.
What's New for 2017
Very little has changed for the 2017 model year. The NV200 gains standard power door locks and hill start assist. The SV trim gets body-color bumpers and a chrome grille. Prices start at $21,775.
Choosing Your Nissan NV200
All versions of the Nissan NV200 come standard with a extremely efficient 2-liter 4-cylinder engine linked to continuously variable transmission (CVT). This combo achieves 25 mpg in combined driving.
The NV200 features rear cargo doors that open 180 degrees and sliding side doors. The 122.7 cubic feet of space can handle roughly 1,500 pounds of cargo. There's a large storage compartment in the front console, and the passenger seat folds forward to make a temporary workstation or lunch table.
The NV200 is offered in two trim levels:
A variety of cargo storage solutions are available on both models.
The price difference between the S and the SV is fairly minimal, so we recommend the S, especially if you spend a lot of time on the road.
