The 2019 Audi TT celebrates its 20th anniversary by giving consumers two, well-balanced sports cars to consider. The TT is available as a coupe or soft-top roadster, each propelled by a spiced-up turbocharged four-cylinder engine, a seven-speed dual clutch automatic transmission, and Quattro all-wheel drive. With the sport-tuned suspension and a plethora of technology features, upgradeable packages, and exterior color options to configure an Audi TT to their personal taste.
What's New for 2019
The 2019 Audi TT receives some significant changes for 2019. The exterior features a redesigned front fascia, two larger air intakes, and an improved S line exterior package that adds a pair of vertical intake ducts and additional style enhancements. Under the hood, the TT’s 2.0-liter turbocharged engine receives eight additional horsepower which is delivered to the all-wheel drive via an improved seven-speed automatic transmission. For its 20th anniversary, Audi is also offering an exclusive exterior paint option for an additional $3,900.
Choosing Your Audi TT
The 2019 Audi TT coupe and convertible roadster receive its power via a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine which produces 228 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. The TT coupe is technically a two-plus-two configuration, but in all honesty, trying to squeeze anyone besides smaller children in the rear seats is quite challenging. The roadster is equipped with a soft-top convertible top and is an honest two-seater.
The 2019 Audi TT is fun to drive. However, if you’re looking for more pep under the hood, the TTS RS Coupe or TTS Roadster (both covered separately) with a 290-horsepower engine and enhanced suspension should be explored.
