The 2020 Nissan Titan XD receives its first significant update since the current version debuted in 2016. The XD's engine generates a bit more power and comes with a new nine-speed automatic transmission. Four-wheel drive is now standard, along with the Nissan Safety Shield 360 suite of driver assistance features. The slow-selling King Cab configuration and optional diesel engine have departed.
The dashboard and front console have been reshaped to accommodate larger touchscreens with expanded capabilities. Restyled front and rear fascias provide a more contemporary look.
The Titan XD is designed for buyers want more capability than the standard Titan, but don't need the grunt of a typical heavy-duty pickup.
